Job Summary
As an Associate in the Commercial Term Lending Closing team, you play a key role in preparing documents and funding complex Multifamily and Commercial transactions.
You ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution, directly impacting our clients and the firm's reputation.
You work within a collaborative environment, leveraging technology and best practices to deliver high-quality results.
Your contributions help maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and support the team's strategic goals.
You will oversee loan funding and documentation processes, working closely with legal and compliance teams to resolve issues.

Job Responsibilities
* Prepare and review documents for complex Multifamily and Commercial transactions
* Manage the loan funding process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement
* Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Balance client needs with firm interests while maintaining controls
* Promote a strong risk and control environment
* Achieve individual and team objectives and metrics
* Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending or related area
* Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements
* Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Experience with CTL mortgage funding procedures
* Familiarity with loan documentation systems and technology
