We are looking for an User Experience Design (UXD)- Entry Professional located at our Monterrey HUB location in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México.

What You'll Be Doing:


* Engaging in conversations with key stakeholders from the Digital area.


* Developing content based on stakeholder requirements using WalkMe.


* Creating WalkMe content such as Walk-Throughs, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, and WalkMe Stories to build interactive and automated user journeys.


* Analysis of the WalkMe tool usage (evaluation, performance review, and presenting findings to stakeholders).

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You:


* Are a recent graduate or graduating at the end of this year of majors from the IT field like: IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related.


* Have an advanced English level


* Have previous experience using WalkMe (desired)


* Have an user-oriented vision


* Are oriented towards finding constant improvements for final users using applications


* Have creative thinking
