Store Manager, John Lobb, Beijing China World

OVERALL MISSION:

The Store Manager is in charge of all the aspects of the boutique including:


* Managing the store, the John Lobb way and being the Ambassador of John Lobb towards the clients


* Ensuring the best possible working atmosphere to procure a motivating work environment and develop people


* Maintains store performance through coaching and accountability by planning, monitoring, and observing individual and team performance.


* Being responsible for reaching store objectives and service.

MAIN DUTIES


* Monitor store performance (sales, stock level), by conducting regular analysis based on the data and dashboards available to define and implement action plans with Direct Manager (e.g.

specific incentives, clientelling actions...)


* Monitor stocks on a regular basis and in collaboration with direct manager to facilitate stock transfers to ensure a financially healthy stock level


* Ensure that back office is efficiently operated


* Ensure that all company's procedures and systems are clearly understood, followed, and run smooth


* Create a sense of team spirit, discipline, and mutual respect, as well as dedication


* Ensure the efficient roaster and allocate man power


* Drive sales performance


* Ensure a high standard of customer service within the store


* Maintain its client portfolio and identify client development opportunities


* Oversee CRM activities (incl.

ensuring database accuracy) and clientelling actions


* Ensure the excellence of aftersales service


* Ensure the excellence of Visual Merchandising


* Represent John Lobb to existing and potential customers


* As the main contact with the landlord


* Collaborate with all cross department in back office

Requirements & Capabilities:


* At least 8 years of relevant management experience in retail, preferably in men's wear luxury industry / high-end fashion


* Strong business sense with an ability to drive performance and lead customer service


* Strong management skills and ability to lead a team


* Proactive, results-driven individual, demonstrating initiative and commercial creativity


* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize, driving business improvements and delivering objectives


* An appreciation of the style and elegance of the house reflecting this in personal presentation


* Computer skills : MS office


* Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin


* Able to work shifts/weekends and public holidays in any case may be needed
