Job Description:

Finance Technician - B shift (M-F 7a-3p)

Essential Job Functions:

- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain good housekeeping.

- Payroll for the entire plant

- Period closing duties for payroll reporting

- Provide payroll, accounts payable customer service to all customers, internal and external.

- Purchasing Card audits

- Work with HR on attendance reports, editing and record keeping

- Work with HR to ensure Payroll accuracy

- Assist in other job duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Dependability (ability to maintain an absenteeism rate under 3%)

- Willingness to work occasional OT and travel as required.

- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma/G.E.D.

and/or technical schooling

- Ability to read, write, and speak English at an intermediate level

- Proficiency in basic computer functions and applications including the ability to use Outlook email and calendar, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through writing.

- Comfort with public speaking.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

- Resume required

- Must pass the Word and Excel test.

- Must go through Targeted Selection Interview process.

- 1-2 Years in an Office setting or clerical position

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2-4 Years of Payroll experience

- Kronos experience
