We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director with a strong background in long-term care to join our team.

? Position Summary

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong referral relationships, promoting our nursing home services, and increasing census growth.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience in long-term care marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel regularly to Columbia and Charleston to develop and maintain referral sources.

? Key Responsibilities


* ? Develop and maintain effective marketing strategies to increase referrals and census growth


* ? Build strong relationships with hospitals, physician offices, case managers, and other referral partners


* ? Travel regularly to Columbia and Charleston to promote services and solicit referrals


* ? Conduct engaging facility tours for potential residents, families, and referral partners


* ? Track and report marketing activities, referral sources, and census development


* ? Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams for smooth resident transitions

✅ Qualifications


* ? Required: Proven marketing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing facilities


* ? Strong knowledge of healthcare referral networks & hospital systems


* ? Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills


* ? Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet goals


* ? Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (travel required to Columbia and Charleston)

The primary purpose of your job position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer our facility's marketing and public relations programs and services.

Essential Duties Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.

Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's public relations and marketing programs and activities in order to maintain and increase our census and to provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, and practices.

Develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the release of information concerning the residents, employees, and/or the facility in accordance with current Privacy Rules and Regulations.
