Clinic Supervisor -- Dermatology/Mohs

Join our growing Dermatology & MOHS teams as a Clinic Supervisor!

In this role you will be responsible for daily supervision of staff in our Dermatology and MOHS departments by supporting strategic goals for performance and customer service outcomes under the direction of the division leaders, ensuring daily operations of department, onboarding new staff, in-service training and education, continuously improving work flows and quality outcomes of processes, staff evaluations, and hiring or discipline.

Hiring range is between $29.20-$35.84 per hour, and placement in the range is dependent on evaluation of qualifications and experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p

Key Attributes:


* Healthcare Administration degree or related bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office setting required.


* Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.


* Knowledge of clinic operational areas.


* Strong leadership skills.


* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to confront and address issues with staff.


* PC utilization and software skills required.


* Ability to assess performance of employees


* Ability to select, train, and develop qualified staff.


* Must be familiar with HR employment law, record keeping and confidentiality fundamentals.

Pay Range:
$29.39 - $44.09

Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years.

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked.

Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.

Employees will also enjoy up to six paid holidays per year, depending on schedule.
