Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2026 Spring Co-Op to join our Global Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) team.

This Spring Co-Op will provide an opportunity to work closely with project leaders and core teams on critical projects aimed at reducing waste, cost, and closing the process for CAR-T manufacturing.

The Spring Co-Op may assist in the execution of project strategies, risk assessments, and the development of business cases all contributing toward the transfer of an next generation CAR-T manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in overseeing supplier product development and related studies.


* Assist in developing project implementation strategies and ensure alignment across functions.


* Evaluate financial and operational business cases under the guidance of the project team.

Qualifications:


* Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
