Data Scientist, Vice President

Job Responsibilities:


* Collaborate across Bankers, Client Services, Operations, Product and Technology teams to understand existing processes and bottlenecks, recommending transformative processes to achieve measurable productivity and efficiency gains.


* Design and execute A/B tests and experimental designs to validate hypotheses and quantify business outcomes with statistical confidence.


* Build interpretable predictive models using techniques such as linear/logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting methods, focusing on interpretability and statistical validity.


* Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to uncover hidden patterns and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sources.


* Design and implement complex algorithms and data-driven models to extract insights and drive decision-making .

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related filed with a strong focus on data analysis, statistical modeling and advanced Ai/ML techniques.


* Extensive experience in Natural Language Processing including Large Language Models.


* Proven track record in building and evaluating advanced Machine Learning models


* Expertise in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time-series forecasting, and Bayesian modeling


* Apply past experience to drive and influence business decision-making by providing solution options


* Leverage the innovation and thought leadership of our global team of technologists

* Extensive experience working with large volumes of data across both SQL and NoSQL platforms.
