Sales Enablement - Data Reporting - Vice President

As a Vice President in the Data & Reporting team within our Sales Enablement organization, you will play a crucial role in utilizing data modeling concepts, data analysis, and requirement gathering to build strategic, consumer-aligned data products.

Your responsibilities will include researching, analyzing data, and developing high-quality data products to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experiences.

You will design and implement scalable and reliable data processing pipelines, conduct analysis, and derive insights to optimize business outcomes.

As a part of data-centric transformation team, you will unlock value for stakeholders through the timely delivery of high-quality, compliant data and control solutions.

You will collaborate with the Client360, IQ Platform team, and Global Banking (CIB) Technology, driving cross-functional projects to ensure effective collaboration that supports business priorities.


* Technical and analytical - Be able to gather data requirements, develop analytics hypothesis and templates to enable seamless and controlled reporting.

This includes understanding data structures and driving the build of appropriate data models to enable accurate reporting.

Testing of the results using SQL / Redshift based skills and translating requirements to visualization developers.


* Analytics - Ability to demonstrate value for the business by understanding business needs and analytics frameworks to meet them.


* Execution and project management - Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
