Central Supply Clerk Opportunity at Valparaiso Care & Rehabilitation Centre

CNA - Part-time

The Central Supply Clerk is a key team member assuring the staff have the necessary equipment and supplies to care for our residents.    The Central Supply Clerk is responsible for ordering, re-ordering, stocking, delivering and maintaining inventory. 

Skills Needed


* Supportive Presence:  Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.


* Organization:  Strong attention to detail and organization to ensure equipment is always in stock and available to the nursing staff. 


* Collaboration:  In partnership with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.


* Teamwork:  The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.


* Interpersonal Communication:  Support a respectful and positive work environment.

Requirements:


* Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.


* Indiana QMA or CNA license.


* Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Demonstrates C.A.R.E.
