London, hybrid working, currently 2 days office based per week

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)

Salary, up to £70,000 pa negotiable based on skills and experience, with brilliant benefits

If that sounds like you, this Senior Asset Manager role in our Asset Management team might be just what you're looking for.

You’ll take the lead on a regional portfolio of homes across the country, everything from houses and flats to estates and blocks.

We’ll give you the autonomy to do it right.

That means using your insight to bring real transparency to how we manage our homes through their lifecycles and using that insight to drive better outcomes for the people who live in them.

What you’ll do


* Lead the asset management of your regional portfolio and make sure homes are safe, sustainable and performing well


* Work with your team to spot risks, solve problems and keep everything on track


* Guide decisions on where we invest, divest or improve, and make clear recommendations


* Partner with other regional teams to deliver our Asset Strategy and Regional Plans


* Share insights and reporting that help the business see the full picture


* Mentor and support colleagues working toward professional qualifications.

* Membership of RICS, The Property Institute or equivalent


* Experience managing residential property portfolios across tenures and types


* A confident approach to property legislation and lease terms


* Line management experience and a love for helping others grow


* Strong people skills and the ability to guide, listen and build trust

* You’ll work Monday to Friday


* The team work flexible hours, and we’re open to agreeing a work pattern

* This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend 2 days in the London office and the rest working from home
