General Summary

The Manager Strategic Insights is responsible for conducting market analytics, forecasting, and supporting portfolio development within the Strategy and Strategic Capabilities organization.

The position will serve as a key partner collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Business Development to create insights into market trends, surgeon & economic stakeholder behavior and other factors that influence business decisions.

The role will work with strategy and platform teams to support market insight initiatives including market sizing, procedure analysis, and forecasting.

Proficiency in business operations and comprehension is essential, as the role necessitates proactive suggestions of tools and methodologies to fortify forecasting models and business strategy implementation.

With oversight, the position will have responsibility for executing strategic and tactical marketplace insight projects and activities, including managing external resources.

Responsibilities:


* Conduct analysis involving the collection, cleaning and interpretation of complex data sets from various sources to derive insights and identify trends.


* Analyze company performance by integrating insights from diverse data sources and translate findings into strategic recommendations that drive business strategy.
