What You'll Do:


* Develop and oversee individualized social service care plans, supporting residents' emotional and social well-being.


* Act as an advocate for residents, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed and respected.


* Coordinate with healthcare providers, family members, and community resources to support comprehensive care.


* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate documentation.


* Lead and mentor the social services team, promoting a collaborative and compassionate care environment.

What We're Looking For:


* Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.


* Experience: Prior experience as a Social Services Director or similar role in a healthcare or post-acute setting.


* Licensure: Licensed Social Worker in Alaska (or eligibility to obtain licensure).


* Compassionate Leader: Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care and strong interpersonal skills.


* Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation and compliance requirements effectively.
