Pay £13.21 per hour, we pay £50 per sleep in shift and offer great benefits

Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator 


* There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting customers to facilitating groups  


* You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services across Hampshire County; you might find yourself working in accommodation-based services or possibly supporting our customers in a community or home-based setting.

You bring 


* Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.  


* You’re a real people person, confident to work in different services with different teams and get on with colleagues.  


* You’ll have experience of supporting vulnerable people, and to be brilliant, you have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference to our customers lives!  


* You’ll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.  

Our team  

You’ll join our wider services in the Hampshire region and the great thing is you can pick up shifts in any of these services that need it! Currently we have hours available in both our Buller Court Mental Health service in Farnborough and our Basingstoke Social Inclusion service with our Manager Jay.

Our team works with customers who have a variety of needs including mental health, homelessness prevention and substance misuse, and are super passionate about what we do! We’re a supportive bunch and you will see the passion we bring to our roles.
