We are searching for the best talent for Sr.

Finance Manager to be in Seoul.

Reporting to the Finance Director APAC, this role will be a key member of the leadership team for Vision Finance.  Primary responsibility of this role will include providing the business with financial stewardship, budgetary ownership to improve financial literacy and forecast accuracy, distributor management and a compliant operating environment.  In parallel, this role will also actively participate in regional finance projects or workstreams.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Business Partnering


* Lead and provide finance business leadership to commercial leaders


* Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of risks and opportunities of Korea VC business performance. 


* Provide insightful analysis and commentary for actual results analysis and forecasting assumptions.

 


* Ensure all business partners have appropriate finance knowledge to enable accurate, timely, and complete and appropriate initiation of financial transactions such as accruals, sales returns provisions etc.   


* Lead business planning cycles including BP, JU, NU, Latest Thinking and monthly Business Review Meetings (BRM).  In collaboration with business, build robust financial forecasts and ensure timely and complete reporting...
