Warehouse Lead

Cornell Pump Company is a prominent leader in the centrifugal pump industry with over 75 years of experience and continuous growth.

Our manufacturing facilities located in Clackamas, OR, Vancouver, WA, and Rock Hill, SC allow us to serve diverse markets such as Agriculture, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining.

We're seeking a full-time Warehouse Lead to join our growing Clackamas, OR team.

In this on-site role, you'll provide leadership, oversee inventory accuracy, and drive efficiency across warehouse operations.

The hourly pay range $22.00 - $25.00/ hr.

About the position:

As the Warehouse Lead, you will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse inventory while working closely with the UPS Desk, which focuses on shipping.

This role supports all departments with parts and warehouse questions, reviews fulfillment to prioritize shipments using time phase and transaction history, leads cycle counts, assists outside warehouses, and recommends best practices to improve inventory control.

What You'll Do:


* Perform all duties safely and responsibly.


* Develop, implement, and monitor key functions related to inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.


* Work closely with the UPS Desk to maintain clear responsibility between shipping and inventory functions.


* Assist all departments with inventory- and parts-related questions.


* Regularly review Fulfillment to identify shipments that can be released and prioritize items that require action, using Time Phase and Transaction History as guides.


* Coordinate and lead cycle counts, including necessary recounts, process monitoring, and reporting results.


* Research and document inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and provide possible solutions.


* Collaborate with key personnel to implement process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
