What You'll Do:


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician instructions


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition to RN or physician


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care


* Work collaboratively with CNAs, RNs, and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:


* Active LVN License in the State of California


* Current BLS Certification


* Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred


* Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care
