A little taste of your day-to-day:
 


* Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes


* Assisting guests with luggage, organising transportation, valet parking and and fulfilling a variety of other needs the guests may have


* Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations


* Completing other ad-hoc duties as requested to assist the front office team to fulfil guest needs

What we need from you:


* An unrestricted drivers licence (manual required)


* Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to 


* Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories 


* Fitness as you’ll be on your feet most of the day.

Sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull objects, such as luggage and parcels up to 23 kg – we have the equipment to support you and keep you safe.


* Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines, as well as assist in supporting the team with other duties, as required


* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts in a rotating roster – Monday to Friday, nights, weekend and public holiday shifts are all available
