Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Technical Services is a strategic and technical leadership role responsible for overseeing all technical support functions within the genomics laboratory.

This individual plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring seamless operation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement of laboratory systems and instrumentation within a high-throughput genomics environment.

Working cross-functionally with laboratory operations, R&D, quality assurance, and IT, the Senior Manager of Technical Services will oversee the technical infrastructure required to deliver accurate, timely, and scalable genomic testing services.

This role is also accountable for developing and executing strategies to enhance system reliability, drive process innovation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CLIA, CAP, ISO15189).

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge, operational acumen, and a passion for advancing genomic science through robust technical support.
