Your Role:

This role encompasses the comprehensive management of packaging operations, involving the initial inspection, setup, and test-running of machinery, alongside regulating components for optimal speed and packaging type.

Key responsibilities include meticulous observation of equipment to ensure quality and adherence to set standards, accurately loading labels, leaflets, and cartons to prevent errors, and conducting visual inspections to identify and remove defective products.

Furthermore, the position requires preparing associated documentation, assisting with batch reconciliation, securing packaged items, efficient stacking for storage, and consistently maintaining knowledge of packaging processes while ensuring a safe and tidy work environment.

Your Responsibilities

-  Examine packaging machinery at the beginning of the process to ensure good working order.

- Start packaging machinery and test run it to ensure its working order.

 (기계 포장을 시작하고 작동 순서 확인을 위해 테스트 수행)

- Regulate components and dials to control the speed and type of packaging.

- Observe machinery to ensure conformance to quality and set standards.

(품질 준수 및 표준 준수를 위해 기계류 관찰)

- Maintain and upgrade knowledge of packaging processes to ensure quality work.

- Observe packaging equipment to make sure that each drug is being packed in the correct packing.

- Load correct labels, leaflet and carton in packaging components to ensure accuracy of packaging that incorrect packaging does not take place.
