Reporting and Metrics Analyst

Description & Requirements

Maximus is seeking a Reporting and Metrics Analyst to support work with a Health client remotely.

The Reporting and Metrics Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and developing reports and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency of the IT Help Desk operations.

This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data-driven insights are accessible, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust security clearance and is contingent upon award.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


* Track and report on performance metrics, SLAs, and help desk statistics


* Develop and maintain the Dynamic Online Dashboard.


* Generate monthly reports and analyze ticket data.


* Provide insights for improving IT Help Desk operations.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:


* 4 years of related work experience is required.


* Bachelor's degree is required.

An associate's degree + 2 years of work-related experience or a high school diploma/ GED + 4 years of work-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.


* Due to federal requirements, candidates must be US Citizens without Dual Citizenship to another country.


* The ability to obtain, and maintain, a Public Trust clearance is required.

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
