Job Description:

Position Summary

A highly critical and visible supply chain role that will oversee the J&J MedTech Supply Chain Planning processes.

This is a hands-on position responsible for developing and executing Demand, Inventory, Supply Plan, and Customer Service that will enable the franchise to meet sales and service objectives.

Collaboration with other members of the supply chain, sales, marketing, operations and customer support teams is paramount to achieve these sales and service objectives and oversee launch of new product portfolio in Medtech space.

Major Duties & Responsibilities



* Drive IBP meetings across other functions reviewing recommended sales, forecast and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, tenders and other market intelligence).

Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.

Drive supply and inventory plans aligned with franchise Business plans to achieve the targets.


* Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models and software tools) in creating forecasts and respective inventory targets


* Managing projects related to Orthopaedics and overall MedTech involving cross function skills.


* Continuously assess the supply chain and business process.

Identify areas which can be done more efficiently by innovation & analytics.


* Ownership & improvement of key SC KPIs – Forecast accuracy, Inventory Value & DOS, OTIF, Back Orders, ESO/ SLOB etc.


* Develop advanced MIS for the franchise to enable them make data driven decisions


* Work closely with imports, warehouses, and freight forwarders to ensure timely inventory availability.

Understand regulatory export requirements and processes required to meet them.

Ensure that processes are SOX and Regulatory compliant and meet audit requirements.


* Manage MRP labeling process for imported SKUs as well as govern label orders governance


* Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on a regular basis to assess market dynamics and collect Market intelligence for accurate forecasting.


* Key stakeholders: Regulatory, Quality, Legal, Deliver, Finance

Qualifications

Education: B.

Tech, MBA

Required Years of Related Experience: 2 to 4 Years
