The NPI PLAN Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting the new product introduction (NPI) activities.

Acting as a vital link between the NPI/Variant Core teams and the supply chain, this position will drive planning activities and processes to ensure the timely launch of both NPI and variant products.

One of the key aspects of this position is facilitating clear communication between Global Strategic Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain, and plays a crucial role in aligning and documenting forecast assumptions, ensuring that all teams are on the same page.

A successful NPI PLAN Manager will have excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the NPI process from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.

Furthermore, facilitating a smooth handoff of oversight to the base business after stabilization.
