As a Lead Technical Program Manager- Risk and Controls in the Consumer and Community Bank- Connected Commerce Technology, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm.

As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

You will be responsible for managing a number of risk and controls initiatives spanning multiple Technology Product Lines.

You will function as the initiative SME and work with development teams on prioritization and remediation while keeping senior management up to date on status.

You will contribute to and participate in bi-weekly Risk and Controls Forums as well as work across the Organization on Risk OKRs.

Job responsibilities


* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions


* Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on the risk and control framework


* Ensure effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of technology risk, with a strong focus on root cause analysis and recommending resolution actions.


* Analyze complex risk and control issues and recommend risk mitigation strategies based on thorough root cause analysis


* Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements, offering senior management insights into control effectiveness and inform governance work


* Monitor internal platform Key Risk Indicators to identify non-compliance and assist in remediation with compensating controls to address security, risk and control gaps


* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
