Resident Care Manager - South Creek Post Acute

$40-$45 per hour | Full-Time

What You'll Do


* Lead with heart: Oversee resident care and ensure top-quality outcomes.


* Guide with knowledge: Support nursing staff, provide mentorship, and help new team members grow.


* Collaborate with purpose: Work closely with physicians, families, and staff to create the best care plans.


* Stay sharp: Keep everything in compliance with state and federal regulations (we like doing things right).

What We're Looking For


* A current RN or LPN license (required).


* Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings (bonus points if you've managed before).


* A natural communicator who can balance compassion with leadership.


* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment but never loses sight of the residents at the heart of it all.
