We are searching for the best talent for Learning Execution Manager, Access & Fulfillment, to be in Horsham, PA.

Position Overview: The Learning Execution Manager for Access & Fulfillment will play a crucial role in building and executing training initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of our field personnel in the Immunology sector.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate across teams, develop engaging training content, and ensure the effective delivery of learning programs.

Key Responsibilities / Areas of Focus:


* Training Development Collaboration:
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver foundational and ongoing development training focused on Access & Fulfillment within the Immunology sector.


* Learning and Development Strategy:
+ Lead the creation and execution of the learning and development strategy, engineering the annual Access & Fulfillment segment of the Immunology Learning Excellence Business Plan.


* Needs Assessment:
+ Collaborate with the Immunology Learning Excellence Team to identify training needs and create relevant content that supports field personnel effectively.


* Content Development:
+ Work alongside leadership, cross-functional partners, agency partners, and the Center of Excellence team to shape and develop innovative training materials and content.


* Onboarding and Workshops Support:
+ Support new hire onboarding processes and participate in POA workshops in conjunction with franchise Learning Execution Managers to ensure seamless integration of new team member
