Resolution and Recovery Financial Analytics Project Manager, Vice President

J PMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to join the Corporate Treasury's Recovery and Resolution Financial Analytics ("RRFA") team, which is responsible for delivering the financial analyses for the Firm's Recovery and Resolution plans.

Job responsibilities:


* Drive the project management of the Recovery and Resolution Financial Analytics (RRFA) deliverables, confidently navigating a cross-functional, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.


* Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and documentation related to capital and liquidity requirements, including the generation of financial reporting and analysis.


* Define and manage timelines of deliverables and perform critical path analysis to ensure management keeps informed of impacts to project schedule.


* Analyze performance against the project plan and make adjustments consistent with objectives.


* Collaborate effectively with both the RRFA Capital and RRFA Liquidity teams to align on goals and requirements and to manage competing priorities and deadlines.


* Organize and lead weekly discussions with LOBs and functional team stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.


* Manage relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication, coordinating with LOB Program Managers on deliverables and timelines, and tracking overall timeliness.


* Identify risks, flag issues, escalate delays related to systems, processes, or internal/external stakeholders (including legal entity controllers, treasury, tax, IT, etc.) to minimize adverse impacts.

Establish contingency plans as required.


* Establish and/or maintain governance processes for SME reviews and attestation processes, including efficient issue tracking and resolution.
