Medical Records Coordinator

We are seeking a Medical Records Coordinator for our Allocation Services Department.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and preparing batches of documentation for medical/legal review.

This role requires a focus on organization, quality and precision.

This is not a client facing role, but it requires the ability to effectively and timely communicate with internal staff.

* Identify, classify, organize, and index batches of medical records, claim documents, and legal documents.


* Work with OCR system to organize documents.


* Serve as integral piece of MSA production workflow.


* Must be extremely organized and detail orientated.


* Flawlessly handle material of a highly confidential/sensitive nature as well as a variety of complex situations involving clerical/administrative functions.


* Use judgment & initiative to determine the appropriate approach/action to take in non-routine situations.


* Within established guidelines, make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing & prioritizing work.


* Demonstrate agility and flexibility for changing business needs.


* Strike a critical balance between high quality and productivity.


* When necessary, demonstrate agility in "rush" situations



* Detail oriented, organized, and quality focused


* Excellent time management skills


* Basic technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe


* Able to work independently, self-directed, highly motivated


* Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional environment


* Flexible and adaptable
