Purpose:

This Associate Director, Commercial and Patient AI & Advanced Analytics will lead our AI driven transformational journey for Caplyta with a primary focus on the strategic application of AI and advanced analytics to Sales, Marketing, and Patient Support (PECS).

To accomplish this, you will influence decision making at the highest levels and proactively identify and shape opportunities to drive commercial results and patient engagement.

This will be done while working collaboratively with teams across the JNJ IM organization.

This role is in Bedminster, NJ.

You will be responsible for:



* Being the product owner and single point-of-contact for advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions supporting our commercial and patient support organizations for Caplyta.


* Lead day-to-day relationships and projects with leadership across our brand sales and marketing, Data Strategy, Media Excellence, PECS, and IT teams to shape and evolve the solution roadmap.
