Job Description:

主要职责 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

包括但不限于设备部门，软服务部门、EMA 部门协作，完成工厂级别相关
设施的单点联系。了解工厂的战略和目标并将其作为全球化公共设施标准
体现在相关的技术服务中； Work with other relevant departments including,
but not limited to, the equipment department, the soft service department and
the EMA department to enable them to serve as site level facilities single point
of contact, understand site/platform strategies and expectations and translate
them into facilities and site service solutions as part of a site/platform master
plan in line with global facilities standards;

确保全部公用设备均处于高效，可靠，高质量的现场维修和运行模式，有效
的平衡内外部资源包含服务供应商。负责解决相关的技术问题； Ensure
efficient, reliable, and high-quality deployment of site maintenance and utilities
operations within scope and all facilities operations, utilizing an effective balance
of internal and external resources including service providers.

Accountable for
the resolution of technical and operational issues that may arise;
 遵循所有与 GMP 相关的法规，确保所有设备的功能与适当的维护； Ensure
the functionality and the proper maintenance of all equipment for the facility
department in compliance with all GMP;
 设定，追踪并完成年度维修目标包括可度量的改善目标。负责聚焦在这些
方面的持续改进项目； Lead setting, tracking and achievement of annual
facilities goals and objectives including metric improvement targets.
