Job Purpose: Oversee and strategically manage all aspects of the distribution and warehousing operations.

Essential Functions:

Planning and Reporting: Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with broader Sales and Distribution goals, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness.

Prepare regular performance reports highlighting trends and improvement areas.

Support strategic initiatives from senior management to drive growth and operational excellence.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize distribution operations to ensure efficient handling, storage, and fulfillment that align with quality standards, cost objectives, and customer expectations.

Implement and monitor standardized procedures for inventory management, equipment reconditioning, packaging, and shipment accuracy.

Equip and motivate the team for high performance.

Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory turnover.

Engage in cross-functional projects to enhance distribution efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement across EFCO's North American network.

Foster team skills through training, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team aligned with EFCO's values and strategic goals.
