What you will do

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, developing and coaching recruiting senior leadership roles , ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a network of contacts to identify qualified candidates:

Key Responsibilities



* Develop and implement innovative recruitment sourcing strategies to attract top executive talent



* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment plans



* Understand the business strategy, its talent pipeline, and guide the overall aligned talent strategy to deliver on the executive recruiting strategy and talent needs



* Lead and execute senior talent market surveys to identify potential external successors for key executive positions



* Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates



* Lead the candidate evaluation process, including conducting in-depth interviews and assessments



* Provide strategic guidance on best practices and market trends



* Act as a strategic talent advisor by establishing collaborative relationships with business leaders to drive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals



* Develop a deep understanding of the company's short and long-term objectives to effectively attract top talent



* Represent the organization as a respected professional within the talent acquisition community



* Enhance candidate experience by providing guidance throughout the recruitment process



* Implement an agile and iterative recruitment approach to adapt to changing business needs



* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internal clients to ensure a seamless hiring experience
