Key Responsibilities


* Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders.

* Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal patient care delivery.


* Apply critical thinking and leadership skills to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and ensure effective interventions.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to maintain continuity of care and improve patient outcomes.

* Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California.
