RN Oncology Chemo / Infusion

Work Schedule:

80% FTE.

Monday through Friday.

8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with 8/10/12- hour shifts.

One Saturday every three months, shift from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

No holidays.

No on-call.

You will work at the Eastpark Medical Center, our new state-of-the-art facility on the east side of Madison.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:


* Join a team of REMARKABLE nurses that use compassion and teamwork to care for their inspiring patients.

* Administer IV medications and chemotherapy.


* Care for patients with urgent symptoms being seen in our Cancer Symptom Management Clinic.

Qualifications



* Graduate of school of nursing Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience



* 6 months of RN experience Required


* Relevant Inpatient RN experience Preferred


* Ambulatory experience Preferred


* Relevant oncology experience Preferred


* Chemotherapy experience Preferred


* Experience with Venous Access Devices (VADs) and IV skills Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required


* Current CPR/BLS certification Upon Hire Required


* Certification in specialty area of practice Preferred
