Physical Therapy (Outpt) Assistant

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Full time.

Day shift schedule M-F, variable hours from 7am-6pm.

You will work at 209 9th Street in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:
• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

* Completion of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Licenses & Certifications



* Current license from the State of Illinois.

An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure.

An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired.

A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
