Janssen Cilag, LLC, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Technician (Multiple Position) -3rd Shift located in its manufacturing site at Gurabo, Puerto Rico.

Under the direction of the Maintenance Group, provides technical direction to the Maintenance Technicians I & II and performs maintenance functions (preventive, corrective, predictive, and/or calibrations), repair and "troubleshooting" of all manufacturing equipment, utilities and/or facilities to ensure the efficient operation of such equipment.

Responsibilities:


* Coordinates and/or performs preventive and corrective maintenance activities, calibrations according to the established plan and assigns tasks to technicians.


* Documents, reconciles, and/or reviews the technical documentation that supports the tasks carried out and that must be documented in the "Computerized Maintenance Management System" (CMMS).


* Provides technical assistance and trains Technicians in the different technologies to optimize the operation and maintenance of equipment.


* Provides support in the introduction of new products through technical support to the processes and technologies that apply.


* Performs "troubleshooting" on the production equipment/systems, utilities and/or facilities, in areas of competence such as: Instrumentation and Electronics, Industrial mechanics, Electricity, Pneumatics and Hydraulics, PLC and Computers, Servo Motors and “Variable Frequency Drives” (VFD).


* Reads and interprets electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings to assist in repairs and/or modifications of systems and equipment.
