Job Description:

The Regional Events Senior Analyst (12 Months) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing regional strategic events.

They will facilitate engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality events that address the educational needs of the region.

The role demands acting in an innovative, unbiased, and compliant manner, aligned with the strategies of the Integrated Brand Value Teams (IBVT).

The objective is to maximize the company's impact and enhance medical attention to patients.

Key Responsibilities


* Organization and administration of face-to-face, hybrid and virtual events of the Medical Education, Access, Communication, and Promotional areas for the Company's therapeutic areas at regional level.


* Coordinate the events logistics together with the official agency travel.


* Coordinate technical logistics required for the execution of face-to-face/hybrid/virtual events.


* Align the needs of the event with owner area.


* Request and analyze quotes ensuring compliance with internal Compliance policies.


* Kick off meeting with the operation companies to align the requirements for the event execution.


* Keep control of activity and budgets assigned in the designated formats and platforms.


* Develop operational program of the activity or event.


* Attendance in the events to guarantee the logistic arrangements.


* Provide internal support in the selection and monitoring of suppliers such as production houses, scientific suppliers, applications, etc.


* Execute Due Diligence process for Third Parties Intermediaries (TPI).


* Maintain compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

Experience and Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or related fields.


* A minimum of 5 years of experience in event coordination and execution, preferably in a regional or multinational level.


* Strong planning and organization skills.


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


* Proficiency in event management tools and Microsoft Office.


* Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese (oral and written)
