What You’ll Do

Step into a pivotal role driving digital transformation in Finance within our dynamic Robotics R&D team! You’ll:


* Lead financial analytics and systems support—focusing on automation, dashboard development, and generating actionable insights across RAD and R&D.


* Partner closely with cross-functional teams to supervise project investments, manage budgets, and enhance forecasting for functions across R&D.


* Create and maintain automated workflows and dashboards (Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, and or other tools) to streamline reporting and guide smarter, data-driven decisions.


* Document processes and develop training materials to empower greater adoption of innovative finance tools.


* Deliver ad hoc analysis on spending trends, headcount, and portfolio performance.


* Support monthly forecast updates, accruals, and business performance monitoring for key R&D functions such as HFXD, Regulatory and PMO.

What We’re Looking For



* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.


* 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.


* Experience with SAP, Tableau, Alteryx.

AI tools are a plus!


* Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
