Summary and Scope: 

J&J BioAdvance® is a market leading Patient Support Program supporting the

portfolio of J&J Innovative Medicine products and delivering care to more than 70,000

patients.

Developing, implementing and performance monitoring innovative learning programs the BioAdvance® Coordinator (BAC) Training Manager is responsible for the ownership of programs that drive BAC service excellence and accelerate overall BioAdvance® capabilities.

The training manager will have a strong focus supporting the IMMUNOLOGY portfolio within BioAdvance®, oversee the learning management system (LMS) and any critical customer relationship management (CRM) software launches and development.   The ideal candidate will have a strong background of patient support programs (PSPs) including experience with reimbursement navigation for both public and private insurance plans and experience with specialty pharmaceutical distribution. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering and collaborating with internal J&J BioAdvance® key stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a strong focus of learning program design with objectives of business and BioAdvance® success.
