* Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs.


* Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy.


* Monitor resident health and report changes to the care team.


* Support residents' well-being with kindness and professionalism.

?‍⚕️ What We're Looking For


* A current California LVN license.


* A passion for elder care and teamwork.


* Strong communication and clinical skills.


* Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehab is a plus!
