? What You'll Do:


* Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders


* Respond to resident needs and ensure their comfort, safety, and dignity


* Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, and other staff to deliver coordinated care


* Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident progress


* Support the nursing team by stepping in for shifts as needed

✅ Qualifications:


* Current California RN license in good standing


* Strong clinical and assessment skills


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
