We are looking for a team-oriented, highly organized, and proactive problem solver to provide a full range of administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
You need to have sound organizational skills and a growth mindset along with a track record of building interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the organization while upholding a high level of confidentiality.
The position will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) but work collaboratively with other senior leaders and executive assistants.
This role is responsible for a broad variety of tasks in support of the Chief Human Resources Officer & their team.
In this role, you will:
* Manage an extremely active calendar of global appointment.
This includes planning, coordinating, and ensuring the CHRO’s schedule is followed and respected.
* Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Leader's time and office.
* Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CHRO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
* Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CHRO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with Enterprise Kimberly-Clark Senior Management.
* Participate as an adjunct member of the Human Resource Global Leadership Team meetings.
* Work closely and effectively with the CHRO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CHRO updated.
* Provide leadership to build cross-functional and global relationships crucial to the success of the organization.
* Own execution of business projects as assigned by the CHRO, other Global Leaders, or the Chief of Staff.
* Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
* Partner with the Chief of Staff or members of the senior leader team to arrange and schedule meetings & events, including coordinating the agenda, preparing any meeting materials and or presentations, scheduling the conference space/tech...
