Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience required.

Minimum of two to four years of leadership experience in the military or related civilian roles; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements

Must have a valid administrator license in states where required.

Must have a valid driver license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

Must provide a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoP) prior to beginning training.

Management/Decision Making

Utilize analytic skills developed in military service to address arising problems and issues.

Demonstrate leadership by managing various departments, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.

Knowledge and Skills

Has knowledge of the organization, industry, and a functional discipline.
