Product Testing Technician | 1st Shift | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: $21.05 - $26.49/hour (based on progression and experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role
As a Product Testing Technician, you'll perform analytical testing on raw materials and finished products to support product development and quality assurance.

You'll collect data, follow test procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Hoffmaster continues delivering innovative, high-quality products.

What You'll Do


* Perform testing on raw materials and finished goods


* Follow test procedures and document accurate results


* Communicate findings and suggest improvements


* Assist in complaint investigations and new product trials


* Support product innovation through data collection and analysis


* Maintain testing inventory and equipment


* Provide training and lab support as needed


* Communicate with plant engineers, quality, and product development teams


* Interface with external testing labs and support on-site R&D efforts

What We're Looking For


* High school diploma or GED


* 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred


* Experience working in a quality lab preferred


* Basic math skills and technical reading comprehension


* Strong written and verbal communication


* Familiarity with Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office


* Ability to learn and perform non-routine testing and documentation


* Occasional travel to other Hoffmaster sites may be required
