Vice President of Platform Engineering - Facilities

Reporting to the Sr Vice President Product engineering, The Vice President of Platform Engineering - Facilities is a strategic technology leader responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the platform engineering organization, with a focus on custom .NET development.

This role oversees multiple engineering teams, guiding the development of scalable, secure, and extensible software platforms that integrate with third-party tools and services.

The VP will lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, ensuring the team possesses the skills and capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

A strong emphasis is placed on fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture with consistent in-office presence to support innovation and alignment.

Position must be on-site at our company headquarters in Norwell, MA.
