OEM HVACR Business Development Manager

For this U.S.

based position, the expected base salary is $142,896 - $161,682.89 per year.

Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

seeks an OEM HVACR Business Development Manager in Linthicum Heights, MD.

Job Description: Identify net new business and manage the entire sales process from identifying prospects and influencing the specifications to negotiating contracts.

Identify and generate new HVAC business opportunities and lead all customer interactions.

Articulate and present Schneider's HVAC Value Proposition.

Create and maintain sales plans for short- and long-term opportunities by developing long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with solution architects on all opportunities and colleagues across all businesses to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Manage customer relationships through all phases of the sales cycle and ensure a seamless transition of sales to delivery.

Identify partners with expertise in segment applications and project delivery, utilize business and financial acumen to create value propositions, and drive growth through collaboration with SE Automation distributors while also platforming OEM accounts to map out areas for potential growth.

Eligible for remote work up to 4 dys/wk.

50% domestic travel required to customer sites to manage account commercial and technical aspects.

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical, Electronic Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field and 8 years of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in OEM sales management in the HVACR or PUMP segments, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Complete segment knowledge and...
