User Support Intern - SE Advantage

What will you do?

As a User Support Intern for the SE Advantage web application, you will play a key role in assisting distributors in US and Canada, as well as internal engineers, with the use of the platform.

Your daily responsibilities will include:



* Providing first-level support to users of the SE Advantage web application.


* Handling inquiries via email, chat, and phone related to registration, quoting, and order management


* Creating and managing user profiles and accounts.


* Tracking support cases in internal system.


* Assisting with low-complexity support cases and maintaining documentation repositories.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Currently enrolled in a degree program with graduation date in 2026/2027.


* Advanced English proficiency (required at least 85% proficiency both written and verbal); French is a plus.


* Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required).


* Availability to complete a one year internship
