As a Product Delivery Manager in Chief Data and Analytics Office, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.

Job responsibilities



* Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination


* Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners


* Implement MLOps practices for machine learning model compliance.


* Establish monitoring mechanisms for AI governance compliance.


* Present updates and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.


* Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes in AI governance.


* Develop product strategy and vision to deliver customer value.


* Manage discovery efforts and market research for product roadmap integration.


* Own and develop a product backlog supporting strategic roadmap.


* Track product success metrics like cost, risk posture, and reliability.


* Conduct market research and gather customer feedback for product enhancements.


* Define product requirements and prioritize features based on impact and value.


* Partner with marketing and client engagement teams for product launches.


* Serve as a subject matter expert on AI/ML technologies and trends.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area


* Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities


* Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes


* Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies


* Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.


* Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle and data analytics.


* Experience with big data technologies, GenAI use cases, and cloud computing platforms.
