100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Coverage may also include working at 202 South Park Street, Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to:


* Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families.


* Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the pediatric fetal cardiology patient population.


* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.


* Bring their expertise in working with Fetal Cardiology patients.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required


* Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred

Work Experience


* 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required


* 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required


* Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required
