Job Description

Job Title: Fleet Operations Administrator

Job Summary:

A Fleet Operations Administrator will assist the shop and Area Manager in various administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:


* Issuing purchase orders.


* Reconciling purchase orders.


* Processing and coding invoices.


* Filing invoices and purchase orders.


* Ordering supplies.


* Data entry such as repair orders and daily fuel reports.


* Invoice management.

Job Requirements:


* Must be 18 years of age


* U.S.

citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.


* Employer will not sponsor visas for position


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Proficient in Excel


* Previous data entry experience in a vehicle maintenance/parts environment preferred
